Crock Pot Chicken Broth

This is my own crazy concoction of multiple stock recipes. It's super easy to do, since it's all done in the crock pot. All the freezing/ice is so you don't have your stock sitting in the danger zone for too long and warming up your fridge.

Aunt Diane's Pancakes

This is the family recipe we've been using since I was a child. I usually substitute canola oil for the melted butter for convenience. This will make approximately 8 large pancackes, or 16 small ones.

Andalusian Gazpacho

This one comes from Morgan and York in Ann Arbor. I highly recommend buying a quart of it from them so you know what it's supposed to taste like. You need to find a relatively coarse strainer, or you will never be able to strain it properly.
